New Zealand grown Veal from 6 month old calves, milk and grain fed. Mahy Farms calves are raised and fed initially on their mothers first milk and then grain fed.  This grain is a highly kept secret of the farmers which reflects in their growth and fantastic tenderness and flavor. The calves are housed in very large clean open air barns with sawdust and straw floors, access to feed and plenty of fresh clean water. 

At Ruby's List we love the scotch fillet, full of flavour and oh so tender.  Just a quick pan fry will do the trick... just remember to let it rest a little for that melt in your mouth meat!
