Novello Diced Veal - Mahy Farms 
New Zealand grown Veal from 6 month old calves, milk and grain fed. The calves are raised and fed initially on their mothers first milk and then fed a mixture of grain and milk from the cow shed. This grain is a highly kept secret recipe reflecting in the fantastic tenderness and flavor of the meat. The calves are housed in very large, clean open air barns with sawdust and straw floors, access to feed and plenty of fresh clean water.
This product is great value and makes a fantastic ragout!
