Champagne Ham - Freedom Farms 
Made from our SPCA certified NZ pork. Smoked with real wood smoke (not chemical smoke flavoured). Pre-cooked so it's ready to eat as fast as you can get the wrapping off... but please go to the trouble of glazing it, it is worth it. This ham has been made from the leg, with all the bone removed except the hock. This means it's really easy to carve without all that fiddling about working around the bone. This is the ham you find pre-carved in good deli's.
