National packaging, delivery costs and pick up
- Auckland- $12.50 per carton (up to 25 kilos)
- North Island $20.00 per carton (up to 15 kilos)
- South Island $30.00 per carton (up to 15 kilos)
If you have a rural delivery address please contact us on 0800 782975 for the best possible drop off point. If your order is more than one carton and over the above maximum weight, we will be in touch with you to discuss the most cost effective delivery method for your order.
Chilled and frozen products
Ruby's List employs stringent quality control measures over our entire product range, whether meats are chilled or frozen. All our meats are carefully aged or cured then vacuum-packed to retain maximum flavour, texture and shelf life. All our products are carefully packaged for delivery in special thermal poly bins with gel packs to keep everything super-cool. You can rest assured your order will land on your door step safe and sound, ready to cook, chill or freeze.
Note: All our products, chilled or frozen, display a "Use By date" on the packaging and is in accordance with New Zealand Food Safety Standards.
Recycling - How can we help?
We are pleased to tell you the manufacturers of our poly bins can recycle these used bins into new alternative products hence reducing our carbon footprint and impact on the environment. So feel freeto drop off your used poly bins and we will recycle them for you - all part of the service. We are Located at: Unit 2, 84 - 90 Hillside Road, Wairau Valley, North Shore, Auckland.
Pick-up Policy
For customers who prefer to pick-up, we have two optios; either place your order before 9:00am and collect that same day or place your order after 9:00am and your order will be available for collection the following business day, between the hours of 11:00 am & 3:00pm your order will be available for collection. If you require a pick - up outside of these hours please contact our office before ordering on 0800 782975 to chat with our friendly staff to see if we can accommodate your request. North Island customers
If you place your order before 11.00am Monday-Friday we will deliver your goods the next working day (excluding Sunday and Monday). If you place your order after 11.00am we will deliver your order within two working days. Your order will be delivered between 9.00am-5.00pm, Tuesday to Saturday. For island deliveries, please allow an extra business day and we will contact you as to when to expect your delivery.
South Island customers
Delivery takes a little longer for you; allow three working days. Your order will be delivered between 9.00am-5.00pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
Rural customers
For many of our current country customers we deliver to a pre-arranged drop-off point, so if this is required please call us on 0800 782975 to arrange a drop off point most convenient to you. We cannot reimburse for any specially requested rural deliveries which may go missing for reasons outside of our control.
Special Delivery
We understand you may have special requests so for any alternative delivery requirements (for example overnight or express delivery) please contact our team on 0800 782975 to arrange.
