Sang Choy Bow

Quick and Easy Stir Fry Pork, Sang Choy Bow is a good way to get the kids to eat vegetables.

Ingredients
500g Pork Mince
1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce ( optional)
1/2 cup Lee Kum Kee Sweet & Sour Sauce
2 carrots, grated
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup crispy noodles
Lettuce leaves

Method
1.Heat the sesame oil in a wok or heavy fry pan until hot and then stir fry the pork mince for about 5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
2.Add sauces, carrot and bean sprouts and cook for a few minutes.
3.Remove from the heat and stir in the noodles.

To serve
Serve on individual plates in a lettuce leaf.
