Pork Hocks Traditional Style

Ingredients
2-3 New Zealand Pork Hocks
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 litres hot water
1/4 cup each fresh mint leaves, thyme & parsley
3 tablespoons rich brown powdered gravy

Method
1.Preheat oven to 160°C.
2.Heat the oil in a heavy based fry pan, add hocks and brown all over. Place in a large saucepan.
3.Add the carrots, celery, garlic, water, mint, thyme and parsley.
4.Cover and bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer two hours
