Honey Braised Pork

Ingredients
500 grams New Zealand pork shoulder, diced
2 tablespoons clear honey
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon reduced salt soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon tomato puree
1 tablespoon vinegar
pepper to taste
1/4 - 1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon cornflour

Method
Place the diced pork in a heavy-based saucepan.

Mix the honey, tomato sauce, soy sauce, tomato puree, vinegar and pepper together and pour over the pork. Stir and cover. Simmer for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Stir during cooking.

Mix the cornflour with a little water and add to the mixture. Cook until it thickens.
