Dukkah and Honey Chicken

A recipe sent to us by one of our customers. A wonderfully spiced roast chicken dish!

Ingredients

Marinade
Zest and juice of 1 large lemon (3tbs juice)
3 tbs honey
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 – ½ tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper

Crust
Dukkah
Parmesan 
(Equal portions or any ratio to your liking; 1tb is enough to cover one drumstick)

Chicken 4 - 6 pieces e.g. drumsticks, thighs, breast, tenders etc

Method
Combine all marinade ingredients & marinate chicken in sealed plastic bag for at least 30min or up to 2 hour in room temp.  Roll chicken in crust ingredients and place on foil.  Oven grill bake at 180°C for 25min until very tender and flavourful!
